I haven't used Vivid Weathers much so I can't speak for it, but I disagree with what you said about True Storms. Vivid Weathers Good or not worth it? The random weather is fantastic, and at times, wearing a suit of power armor is nearly a necessity. One can adjust the darkness, saturation, bloom, sound effects, etc. It looks excellent, and much smaller than True Storms or Vivid Weathers. So I'm doing a clean install of Fallout 4 and starting modding again, and I'm stuck between True Storms and Vivid Weathers as my go-to weather mod.
